				UPGRADE README
	********************************************************************
	Upgrade is available for your product through a CD with the firmware
	written in it. Follow the instructions carefully, failing to do so 
	may cause your unit to stop functioning. It is important not to push
	any buttons or to interrupt the power during the upgrade process.
	Doing so can cause the unit to quit working. If you receive the CD
	from our distribution channel, skip to STEP 4 for upgrading.

Download the firmware
---------------------
1. Download the zipped firmware file for Firmware Upgrade - Software.
2. Extract the zipped file into you computer.

Write the firmware to CD
------------------------
3. Burn the single file into either a blank CDR or CDRW in a recommended
   Windows format of CDROM(ISO), Mode1, Level1, ISO9660, single session
   and finalize the disc.

Upgrading
---------
4. With the unit turned on in DISC source, load the CD with the firmware.
   Close the tray. The firmware will begin upgrading automatically. 
   You will see LOADING message displayed on the unit.

After upgrading
---------------
5. The upgrade process will take a few minutes. When it is finished, 
   the unit will blank off. 
6. After it goes off, turn the unit power off and turn it on again to
   reset the unit. Press the remote DISC button. 
7. Firmware is upgraded successfully to latest software. You can remove
   the disc with the upgrade firmware on it.

If the unit fail to upgrade. The firmware may not be downloaded correctly 
or copied into the CD properly. Copy the firmware into another blank CDR or
CDRW and try again. Be sure to follow the steps strictly.
